Web app

The phone apps don’t run on a computer. Instead, install YMYW as a web app so it opens in its own window and loads faster.

  1. In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right edge of the address bar (a monitor with a down arrow).
  2. No icon? Use the browser menu → Install (in Safari on a Mac: File → Add to Dock).
  3. Confirm with Install — YMYW opens in its own window from then on.

iPhone & iPad

App Store

Installs like any normal app — straight from Apple's App Store.

  1. 1Tap the button above — it opens the App Store.
  2. 2Tap Get (then Install). You may need Face ID or your Apple ID password.
  3. 3Open YMYW and sign in with the same email/phone and password you use on the website.

Android

Direct download
The YMYW Android app installs directly from this website (a “sideload”) rather than the Play Store. It's safe — the file comes straight from us. Android just adds a couple of one-time permission taps the first time. Follow the steps and you'll be done in a minute.

  1. 1Tap Download YMYW for Android. Chrome may warn “This type of file can harm your device.” Tap Download anyway (or OK) — that warning shows for every app not from the Play Store.
  2. 2When it finishes, tap Open in the download banner. (Missed it? Open Files → Downloads → YMYW.apk.)
  3. 3The first time only, your phone says “For your security, you can't install unknown apps from this source.” Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then press Back.
  4. 4Tap Install, then Open.
  5. 5Sign in with the same email/phone and password you use on the website.

Updating later? Just tap Download again — this link always gives the newest version, and installing over the old one keeps you signed in.
